1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the OLURT website, olurt.com. OLURT is operated by a sole proprietor ("OLURT", "we", "us"). By using the website, you agree to these terms.

2. OLURT is in development

OLURT is an overnight low-glucose alert app currently in development. It is not yet available to the public. Features and timing described on this website may change before OLURT is available.

3. Not medical advice

Nothing on this website is medical advice. OLURT does not measure glucose and is not intended to replace your CGM, its alerts, your diabetes care plan, or the advice of your healthcare team. Keep using your CGM, its alerts and your care plan as your healthcare team advises.

If you think you or someone else is having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

4. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist means you'd like occasional OLURT development updates by email. It doesn't give you access to OLURT, sign you up for testing, or reserve anything. Telling us you're interested in beta testing is optional and doesn't mean you'll be invited to test. The waitlist form is provided by Sender, our email provider. You can unsubscribe at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your email address.

5. Trusted-contact notifications

OLURT is designed to send trusted-contact notifications by text message and automated phone call. They're covered by the SMS & Trusted-Contact Notification Terms, which are separate from these terms and from the email waitlist.

6. Using this website

  • Don't misuse the website, interfere with it, or try to access it in ways we haven't allowed.
  • Don't submit someone else's email address to the waitlist.

7. Our content

The OLURT name, logo and website content belong to OLURT. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.

8. Accuracy and availability

We try to keep this website accurate, but it may contain errors or become out of date. Information about OLURT's features may change. The website may not always be available.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll post changes here and update the date at the top.
